Das Unternehmen TALIKA wurde 1948 von Dr. Danielle Roches gegründet. Die junge Pariser Ärztin hatte während des Krieges verletzte Soldaten gepflegt und dafür eigens eine antiseptische Salbe entwickelt, welche die Haut schneller wieder heilen lassen sollte. Diese Salbe hatte zusätzliche eine ganz erstaunliche Nebenwirkung: Sie ließ Wimpern und Augenbrauen nachwachsen. So entstand durch Zufall ein Wundermittel, das Dr. Roches dazu bewegte, ihre eigene Firma - TALIKA - zu gründen und das weltweit einzige Mittel auf den Markt zu bringen, das Wimpern wirklich wachsen lässt: LIPOCIL!
